In Breaking Free: Re-Membering Your Self, you left with a clearer sense of who you are, how you've needed to adapt in order to survive/function, and how to begin to claim your space within a worldview that is grounded in equality, non-violence, freedom, social responsibility, and interdependence.
Boundaries 2.0 will be a space where you continue to integrate my Psychological Boundary Framework focusing on your adaptations in particular.
Start this six-session group program with a 1:1 consult with Judy to identify your Inner Child adaptations. In the group we will explore how your inner wounded children have adapted in your childhood, and how to re-parent them in order to cultivate your Functional Adult. We will compassionately spotlight participants every session in order to deepen the integration.
