Boundaries 2.0

Multi-Session Group Coaching for Breaking FREE graduates

In Breaking Free: Re-Membering Your Self, you left with a clearer sense of who you are, how you've needed to adapt in order to survive/function, and how to begin to claim your space within a worldview that is grounded in equality, non-violence, freedom, social responsibility, and interdependence.

Boundaries 2.0 will be a space where you continue to integrate my Psychological Boundary Framework within a safe group setting.

In this eight-session group we will explore how your inner wounded children have adapted in your childhood, and how to re-parent them in order to cultivate your Functional Adult. We will use fictional scenarios as a way to explore each participants' adaptations with compassion. curiosity, non-judgment, and support.

Each session is broken into three sections:

  1. Check in on how you're integrating the Framework
  2. Role Playing/Small Group Exploration
  3. Q&A and Homework

Please note: while therapeutic in nature, group coaching is not intended as group therapy. Participants are not required to share personal information.

Registration Opens in JAN 2023
